Arvind kejriwal News:

Arvind Kejriwal news that Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, will be among the opposition figures attending the INDIA bloc’s demonstration today in Ramlila Maidan. The gathering was scheduled following the arrest of the Aam Aadmi Party chief by the Enforcement Directorate earlier this month in connection with the liquor policy issue.

“The BJP apprehended Arvind Kejriwal by manipulating the investigation authorities in a fake case. They seek to silence those who might speak out against them. “People across the country are outraged,” AAP leader Durgesh Pathak remarked on Sunday.

INDIA bloc leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Akhilesh Yadav, Sharad Pawar, and Tejashwi Yadav, have held a ‘Loktantra Bachao Rally’ at the Ramlila maidan in the national capital to protest Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s ED detention today, March 31. On March 21, the Enforcement Directorate detained the AAP supremo in connection with an excise policy-related money laundering investigation. Kejriwal is currently in the ED’s custody until April 1.

The Delhi Police has issued a traffic advice in anticipation of the INDIA bloc demonstration. It stated that the movement of automobiles in the city would be regulated for six hours that day. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., traffic will be regulated and may be restricted on the Ranjeet Singh Flyover from Barakhamba Road to Guru Nanak Chowk, Vivekanand Marg from Minto Road to the roundabout Kamla Market, Hamdard Chowk, JLN Marg from Delhi Gate to Guru Nanak Chowk, and Ajmeri Gate, Kamla Market to Guru Nanak Chowk.

Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav are likely to attend the Sunday event, which is viewed as a show of strength by the opposition ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2024.
